Grief is a deeply personal experience. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and the timeline is different for everyone. Whether you are dealing with the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a change in health, or a significant life transition, the feelings of sadness, confusion, anger or emptiness can be overwhelming.
We also support individuals who have experienced a significant loss of a loved one and are struggling to move forward with their grief.
Therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to explore your unique experience of grief, make sense of your emotions, and gradually find a way forward — not by forgetting what was lost, but by learning to carry it with you.
